Référendum constitutionnel au Mali, c’est le 9 juillet prochain
La nouvelle constitution prévoit l’instauration d’un sénat comme seconde chambre du parlement et une cour des comptes. Après 2000 et 2011 où le référendum constitutionnel n’a pas pu se tenir, les Maliens vont se prononcer le 9 juillet prochain.
